Beta Terms of Use

Fyndul is a beta service helping people discover, contact and hire others for tasks, services and projects. Use the beta only if you accept that functions may change and occasional interruptions may occur.

Accounts and eligibility

Use accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and do not impersonate other users. Only participate if you are legally able to enter into the arrangements you propose. Requirements for minimum age, jurisdiction, and business verification must be finalized by the operator before launch.

Listings and conduct

Post lawful, accurate offers and requests. No fraud, harassment, unlawful services, intellectual-property infringement, attempts to access other accounts, or uploading malicious files. Do not share sensitive financial or identity documents in public posts.

Independent arrangements

Customers and professionals are responsible for agreeing on scope, deadlines, pricing, quality, legality, licensing, safety, taxes and any arrangements made between them. A platform match is not a guarantee of work quality or a verification of credentials.

Payments and disputes

This beta does not claim to provide escrow, payment protection, insurance, or dispute resolution. Unless Fyndul expressly shows an implemented payment feature with its own terms, users must not assume Fyndul processes or safeguards their payments.

Beta changes and reports

Features may be modified or unavailable. Report suspected abuse, vulnerabilities, or account issues through the support contact. The operator should complete jurisdiction-specific terms, liability limitations, and privacy review before release.
